Project: Rowfant Road, Balham.

Description: This project consisted of the creation of an enlarged loft space containing a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, as well as the reconfiguration of the upper level of the existing home to provide a second bedroom and small shower room.

The planning solution seeks to rationalise the available space to create a layout which functions in a manner appropriate to the client’s needs. This modest loft conversion aspires to provide a light filled suite of spaces which form a simple backdrop to the client’s own scheme for the interiors.
